Description

Frita Foods is an Egyptian snack company whose product, Frita, is a ready-to-eat potato snack in the form of crispy sticks. The sticks come in flavours including nacho cheese, sea salt, jalapeño chili and a special seasoning. They are fried in sunflower oil at low temperatures, which the company says preserves the nutritional properties of the potatoes and keeps acrylamide low. The snack uses natural seasonings, contains no preservatives or artificial colours, and is made and packed by fully automated processes without being touched by hands.
