Fox Hill Cheese House is a dairy in Port Williams, in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, run by the sixth generation of the Fox Hill family farm. The family grows the grass, milks Holstein and Jersey cows and processes the milk in its own facility. It produces many varieties of savoury cheese, natural yogurt, gelato and pasteurised non-homogenised milk in glass bottles. The farm has produced milk for six generations.
