Fischhaus P. Obst is a family-run fish business at the Carlsplatz market in Düsseldorf, started by the owner's father in 1999 and operating independently since 2001. The owner took over the business in February 2023. It sells fresh fish, delicatessen and salads, and prepares food on site. Its fish soup, made only from fresh fish, vegetables, spices and herbs, is its most widely known dish. Every day it offers more than ten differently filled fish rolls, made with bread rolls delivered fresh by a local bakery.
