Felsineo is an Italian producer of mortadella, based in Bologna and active since 1963, run by four generations of the same family. It grew from a neighbourhood artisan shop in Bologna to a production site in Zola Predosa. Its range includes Mortadella Bologna IGP, traditional mortadella, mortadella in natural casing, sliced mortadella in trays, cuts for the delicatessen counter and a fitness version.
