Evansdale Cheese is a New Zealand artisan cheese maker run by the Dennison family. It began in 1977 as the first small cheese factory in the country, starting with 150 litres of milk a day and now handling 1,500 litres daily. The company makes 20 to 30 varieties of soft, hard and blue cheese, all made without preservatives or calf rennet.
