Emporio del gusto is the shop of Brizio Salumi, a producer of Piedmontese cured meats in the Varaita Valley. The Brizio family business dates from 1939, when Matteo Brizio opened his shop in Venasca, and it presents itself as a salami specialist for more than 80 years. Its range includes salami, cooked ham, cooked salami Materìn, lard, pancetta, cotechino and fresh sausages, including a Fassone Piemontese sausage certified by COALVI. Its pigs are reared outdoors under the I Porci Comodi line, with natural casings, hand tying and cellar curing. Its products are gluten-free.
