Description

Elah Dufour Novi is an Italian confectionery group based in Novi Ligure. It was founded in 1982 by Flavio Repetto, who bought the Elah and Dufour brands and took over Novi chocolate in 1985 to merge the three. The group also controls Baratti & Milano, acquired in 1999, and the catering company GR Generale Ristorazione. It makes mixes for desserts and cakes, candies and chocolate, and states that it uses no hydrogenated fats or palm oil and only Italian hazelnuts. In October 2024 it opened a shop called Novi Cioccolateria in Novi Ligure.
