EcoCoreDescription
EcoCore is a Polish producer of dried potato products, based in Przykona, with a single production plant and operations since 2013. It makes clean label potato dried in four formats: fine-ground powder, granulate, cubes and grits, plus custom fractions on request. The company says it processes 40,000 tonnes of Polish potatoes a year and produces about 400 tonnes of dried product a month. The products are used for bakery, dry mixes, puree, convenience dishes and gnocchi. It supplies industry, HoReCa, retail and e-commerce, and its plant holds IFS Food Higher Level certification.
