Description

Eco Eggs , sold as Ecoeggs, is an Australian free-range egg brand. Its hens are fed a diet that is naturally richer in Omega-3 and certain vitamins, so the eggs contain higher levels of Omega-3, vitamin E, vitamin B12 and vitamin D than an ordinary egg. The company states that two of its eggs provide 28 percent of daily Omega-3 needs, and that the eggs are also a good source of folate, selenium and iodine. During the day the hens move in and out of the barn, forage and dust bathe. The brand shares recipes and answers to common questions about eggs and farming.
