Easton Chilli is a small-batch producer in Bristol, England, making handmade chilli sauces, chilli jams and seasonings. Its range includes hot sauces from mild to extra hot, fermented sauces, oils, chocolate and collaborations with other makers. The company describes its products as clean label and says they have won awards. Besides its own sauces, it sells guest products, and it supplies shops and the foodservice trade through a wholesale offer. It also runs a cookery school with classes and private and corporate events, and hires out its kitchen.
