Domaine du Castel is a family winery in the Judean Hills of Israel. In 1988 Eli Ben Zaken planted the first modern vineyard in the Judean Hills at Ramat Raziel, and the first wine, Castel Grand Vin 1992, followed four years later. The current winery at Yad HaShmona was inaugurated in the 2015 harvest after 23 years of operation at Ramat Raziel. Its wines include Castel Grand Vin, C Blanc du Castel, Petit Castel, Rosé du Castel, La Vie and M du Castel. The company offers visitor tours, events and gift boxes for business customers, and it also lists the Raziel winery.
