Dingley Dell is a family farming business on the Suffolk coast in England that produces outdoor-reared, welfare-friendly pork from its Suffolk Red breed. For the past 16 years it has run its own nucleus herd, measuring marbling in the live animal and selecting on that basis. Its products include a 50 day dry aged Maturato pork steak range of cutlets, T-bones, rib-eyes and chops, fresh cuts, and Dingley Dell Cured, a charcuterie range of salamis, whole muscle, bacons, hams and gammons. The farm has supplied restaurants and food service for around 15 years. Through its partner Blackwell & Co it distributes to restaurants, food service and retail in the United Kingdom and overseas.
