Dilmah is a family-owned Sri Lankan tea company founded in 1985 by Merrill J. Fernando, selling single-origin Ceylon tea. Its range includes the Luxury Collection, Pure Origin, Specialty, Natural Wellness, flavoured teas and infusions, and iced teas. The company also operates Dilmah t-Lounges and the Dilmah School of Tea, which it says is certified by the World Association of Chefs' Societies.
