Description

Dillon's Small Batch Distillers is a Canadian distillery in Ontario that makes spirits in copper pot stills, one batch at a time. Its range includes gin, rye whisky, vodka and specialty spirits, together with bitters, cocktail kits and a cocktail book. The distillery uses locally sourced fruit, grapes, grains and botanicals, including rhubarb and botanicals grown in its own distillery garden. It works with Ontario farms and growers, among them berry and crabapple growers. The company also runs a Sipping Society and a Cocktail Lab.
