Dehesa CasablancaDescription
Dehesa Casablanca is a family company with decades of experience in raising Iberian pigs, in the Ciudad Rodrigo area of Salamanca in Spain. The pigs are raised among holm and cork oaks on the dehesa near the border with Portugal, and the animals walk several kilometres a day. Products are prepared in its facilities in an industrial estate in Salamanca, approved by the EEC. The range sold in its online shop includes hams and shoulders, sliced products, cured sausages, its own loin, fresh meat and Iberian gifts.
