Covert Farms Family Estate is a fourth-generation, 650-acre regenerative farm and winery that has operated since 1959. Its wines are made from certified organic, estate-grown grapes and include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon, Rosé, red blends, single varietal reserves and the Amicitia. The estate sells current and library releases and runs a wine club. It hosts weddings and corporate events but stopped offering visitor experiences at the farm from 2024.
