Conservas La Pureza is a fish canning factory in Cariño, in the province of A Coruña, Spain, that has made canned fish in the traditional way since 1924. Its range includes bonito in olive oil, bonito belly, tuna, needlefish, horse mackerel, small sardines, anchovies, mussels in pickle sauce, scallops and conger eel. It also makes bonito in salt-free and natural versions. The company sells boxes and baskets of its products and a second line of preserves under the Amieiro name.
