Conservas Hoya is a Spanish canning company from Santoña that has made preserves since 1940, when Tomás Hoya and Dionisia Palacio built the first of the four factories that make up the company today. It makes anchovies of the Cantabrian Sea in olive oil, including a Serie Oro range, as well as bonito del norte. The company says it works in an artisanal way and catches its fish with traditional and sustainable fishing methods. It also sells gourmet gift boxes in illustrated wooden cases.
