Description

Colbitzer Heide-Brauerei is a brewery in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany, which has operated since 1872. It brews beers in small batches from selected raw materials and gives them a long lagering and maturing time, which it contrasts with industrially made mass products. The range includes Pils, Bock, Edel, and seasonal Mai-Bock, Sommer-Bock and Winter-Bock beers. Its brewing water comes from what it calls some of the largest groundwater reserves in Saxony-Anhalt. The brewery offers tours and presents regional specialities to customers it knows personally.
