Château Romanin — Chateau Romanin is a wine estate at Saint-Remy-de-Provence on the northern slope of the Alpilles. The property covers 250 hectares, including 58 hectares of vines, 4 of olive trees and 2.5 of almond trees, and is farmed biodynamically. Its output is 50% red, 35% rose and 15% white wine under the organic Les Baux-de-Provence appellation. The estate also sells olive oil and spirits, offers visits and has a reception room. Dr Carolyn Sheetz took over the estate in March 2024.
