Cashel Blue is an Irish farmhouse cheese maker based at Beechmount Farm in County Tipperary. Jane and Louis Grant started making blue cheese from their herd's milk in the farmhouse kitchen in 1984, and the second generation of cheesemakers now continues the work. The company also produces other cheeses beside its Cashel Blue. It hosts tastings and farm tours at its dairy, and takes part in trade events such as meet-the-maker evenings in London.
