Caseificio Ghidetti is an Italian dairy founded in 1937, run by a family now in its fourth generation. Its cheeses include Grana Padano DOP, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Provolone Valpadana DOP, vegetarian hard cheese, grated cheese, pecorino, scamorza, mozzarella, ricotta and Gorgonzola DOP. There is also a frozen line. The company controls the chain from the cow to the finished product, uses 100% Italian milk, and sells its cheeses in about 60 countries. It is based in Isola Rizza, in the province of Verona.
