Caseificio Albiero is an Italian cheese maker that began in the 1940s in Montorso, between Vicenza and Verona in the Veneto region. It was one of the first Italian companies to make Provolone. Its range includes Provolone Valpadana DOP, standard Provolone and a lactose-free Provolone, as well as Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, Pecorino, Asiago and Montasio. It also produces pasta filata cheeses such as scamorza, provola and mozzarella, and butter. The company has an administrative and logistics office in Lonigo and a production site in Montorso Vicentino.
