Description

Rich and bright — the generosity California Chardonnay is known for. Aromatics of Gravenstein apple, pear, and yuzu citrus lead into an unctuous, mouthfilling palate with zippy lemon curd and a creamy mousse.Winemaking: Barrel-aged, malo-complete, then bottle-fermented in the traditional method. Base wines fermented with native yeast and aged in neutral barrels for up to 30 months (2022 vintage), gaining a creamy texture on top of Chardonnay's natural brightness.
