Cancilar Food is a Turkish processor of sultana and Thompson raisins. Its processing plant in Ahmetli, in Manisa province, began operating in June 2012 on a total area of 12,000 square metres, including 6,000 square metres indoors. The company offers sultana raisin types 7 to 11 and Thompson raisins, in grades RTU, A and B and in jumbo, standard, medium and small sizes. It states that it uses strict quality controls at all process levels in its production facility. It attended the Anuga fair in Cologne in 2021.
