Bulcons Parvomay is a Bulgarian food producer that makes lyutenitsa, a vegetable relish, and tomato sauces from Bulgarian vegetables. In 2024 it bought 14,500 tons of fresh tomatoes, 10,200 tons of red peppers and 30 tons of aubergines from Bulgarian growers. The range includes fine and coarse ground lyutenitsa, homemade-style lyutenitsa, ketchup, tomato puree, ayvar, appetisers and dips, and vegetable foods. The company says it uses no frozen raw materials, preservatives, colourings or stabilisers and only natural spices. It serves HORECA and corporate customers and produces private label, working in three renovated production halls on a 25,000 square metre site.
