Description

Buffalo Gal sells buffalo and bison meat online, including grass-fed and organic bison. Its product range covers bison burgers, steaks, roasts and sausage, along with Scottish Highlander beef, wild boar, elk meat and meat gift packs. The meat comes from the Money Creek Buffalo Ranch, a family business that began in 1976 when Mike Fogel bought two buffalo yearlings, a bull and a heifer. The company says its herd is not the largest in the country but is of high quality. Customers report receiving orders shipped frozen.
