Description

Browar w Grodzisku Wielkopolskim — Browar Grodzisk is a Polish brewery in Grodzisk Wielkopolski dedicated to Piwo Grodziskie, a historic style once called the champagne among beers. The traditional recipe uses Grodzisk water and yeast and malt made only from wheat dried over oak wood smoke, with the Tomyski hop. The range includes Grodziskie Oryginalne, an APA, a White IPA, a pilsner and non-alcoholic versions such as a mango ale. The brewery organises the Grodziskie Piwobranie, a town festival held since 1976. It also runs a brewing competition that invites homebrewers to make this Polish style.
