Brouwerij Donjon is a small craft brewery in Geldrop, the Netherlands, started in 2023 by Taiwanese-born brewer Chung-Hsuan Wu. He learned brewing with master brewer Paul Driessen and combines traditional methods with his own ideas and flavours from his Taiwanese background. The brewery is known for beers made with tea, which the brewer uses as a spicy counterpart to hops and ferments together with the beer. Donjon sells its beers through a webshop and takes part in beer festivals across the Netherlands.
