Description

Brouwerij Contreras is a Belgian brewery in Gavere that brews the Valeir beers, named after a Ghent soldier who fought in the Battle of Gavere in 1453. The Valeir range consists of Valeir Blond, Valeir Divers (a tripel), Valeir Extra (a Belgian IPA) and Valeir Donker (a dubbel). The brewery also makes the top-fermented ContraPils and Tonneke. It sells through specialist drinks shops, looks for distributors and offers customers the chance to brew their own beer there.
