Description

BRINS Jam & Marmalade makes jams, marmalades and preserves from simple ingredients combined in inventive ways. The company says preserving is a passion rooted in the love found in homes, and each jar is meant to tell a story. Its flavors include Cherry Chai, with tart notes and undertones of honey, and a lemongrass variety. The company suggests cheese pairings for each flavor, such as aged goat cheese. It sells gift sets of three jars, either mini or full size, in a boxed presentation, and has released a collaboration with a design house.
