Description

Brauerei Günther — Günther Bräu is a private brewery in Burgkunstadt, Upper Franconia, founded in 1840 by the brothers Johann and Georg, who first brewed for their own inn. The family still runs it, now in the sixth generation. It brews beer from water, malt, hops and yeast following a traditional family recipe and sources its raw materials regionally. The company built a new brewery in 2005 to make production more efficient and more sustainable.
