Brasserie du Mont Blanc is a French brewery that makes top-fermented beers with untreated water from the Mont Blanc massif. Its range is grouped into refreshing beers such as La Blanche and Cristal IPA, tasting beers such as Triple Épices and La Rousse, and the mountain-colour beers La Verte, La Bleue and La Violette. The brewery employs 60 people and produced 115,000 hectolitres in 2025. It sends about 3,500 tonnes of spent grain a year to animal feed, fills half of its volumes in kegs and holds a gluten-free label for most of its beers. It also hires out beer taps.
