Brasserie Docteur Gab's is a Swiss craft brewery in Puidoux, in the Lavaux region of the canton of Vaud, founded in 2001 by three childhood friends with a brewing kit. It brews IPAs, blondes, white beers, ambers, a gluten-free pale ale and alcohol-free beers, and the brand also covers hard seltzer. The brewery sells through a web shop, supplies bars, restaurants and grocery shops wholesale, and provides kegs and taps. It offers guided tours and is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026.
