Brant Flour Mills is a miller in Ontario, Canada, that specialises in specialty and organic grains, including rye and spelt. It offers grains and custom milling to local and international customers, producing organic products, feed and fine flours on classical roller mill and disc mill systems. The mill site was first active in the early 1800s, and the Smith family bought the mill in 1897 and ran the original building until 1976, when a modern all-electric mill started production. Today the mill is owned by the Storjohann family and operated by Volker Storjohann.
