Description

Braća Pivac is a Croatian meat industry company and the main brand of the Pivac Group. It produces Dalmatian prosciutto, pancetta and pečenica, which carry an EU protected geographical indication, and its family has a long tradition of making dry-cured meats. The range also covers fresh beef, veal, pork, lamb, chicken and turkey, sausages for cooking and grilling, smoked products, salami and canned goods. Its sister company Mesna industrija Vajda in Čakovec handles slaughtering and cooperative farming of raw meat for the group. The group runs more than 200 retail butcher shops across Croatia.
