Description
Bodegas Epifanio Rivera is a small winery in Pesquera de Duero founded by the Rivera-Aparicio family, who have been tied to vines there for generations. It works with vines more than 80 years old and keeps an underground cellar dating from the 16th century. A traditional press house called la cocedera, used in the 19th century, produced the family wine until recently. The winery makes wines such as Erial and Epifanio, and says it combines long tradition, know-how and the latest technology. Erial 2023 won a silver medal and 90 points at the Decanter awards.
