Bodegas CámbricoDescription
Bodegas Cámbrico was founded in 2000 in Villanueva del Conde, Salamanca, to recover old Rufete vineyards inside the Sierra de Francia Biosphere Reserve. The company, registered as Viñas del Cámbrico, makes wines of landscape and forest from this territory, which it calls the most forgotten wine-growing area. Its project aims to restore the region's winemaking heritage, which it links to Roman and local ancestors. Visits are described as an exploration of the vineyard landscape rather than an ordinary winery tour.
