Bodega Colás Viticultores — Colas Viticultores is a small family winery in Alhama de Aragon, Spain, in the Calatayud wine region. It says its philosophy is to reproduce how ancestors cultivated vines and made wine for centuries, in order to create wines that express the local identity. Its first wine, Roque Colas, is an organic red blend of mainly old Garnacha vines with Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo, aged 24 months in barrel under the D.O. Calatayud. The vineyard is called El Pago de Las Covatillas.
