Blüm. Die Metzgerei is a family-run butcher in Lampertheim, Germany, which calls itself the last butcher in town that produces on site. It makes a wide range of homemade sausage specialities and sells meat from the Bäuerliche Erzeugergemeinschaft Schwäbisch Hall. Its product groups include bratwurst, raw sausage, specialities and canned goods. In 2026 it won first place for its pâté en croûte at a European sausage competition, and in 2025 it took the German bratwurst title with its Zhoug bratwurst.
