Blue Waters — Blue Water LLC is an Omani aquaculture company formed in February 2016 as a fully owned subsidiary of Fisheries Development Oman. That parent company was set up by the Oman Investment Fund, in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Wealth. Blue Water runs marine fin fish cage farms and a hatchery, with sea bream as its main product. It states that it is the largest producer of sea bream in the Gulf region.
