Bierol is an independent brewery from Tyrol in Austria, operated by Bierol GmbH, that brews creative beers, seasonal limited editions and classics. Its beers include Sunn-Seiterl, an organic golden ale, Mountain Pale Ale, Zapfn, an organic stone pine radler, and Itsy Bitsy, a West Coast IPA, plus an alcohol-free beer called OHA. It also offers a beer subscription called The Lab and sells gift boxes online. The brewery runs farm sales, tours and tastings, and a beer garden in summer with a restaurant in winter. It was named beer innovation of the year at the Bierguide 2026.
