Biercée Distillery — Distillerie de Biercee is a Belgian distillery created in 1946 that makes spirits from fruit and other natural raw materials without flavour enhancers or chemical agents. Its range includes liqueurs such as griotte cherry, kumquat and Williams pear, fruit eaux-de-vie, whiskies, rums, gins, vodka, vermouth, genievre and ready-to-serve cocktails. Since 2019 it has been owned by the Brasserie des Legendes in Ath. The distillery offers contract distillation for other projects, business gifts, visits to the distillery and a shop. It also runs the Grange des Legendes for food and regional products.
