Beryl Marton & Co. is a specialty cheese producer, importer and distributor established in 1985 on the southern coast of Maine. Founded by chef and cookbook author Beryl Marton with her son Bruce, it began by making salad dressings for local restaurants before moving into cheese. The company makes its own Trempherbe brand, a soft, spreadable fresh cheese in seven flavours sold through retailers in the US, and also supplies grated cheeses processed in-house and imported cheeses from around the world.
