Description

Bergader is a family-owned private cheese dairy from the Chiemgau region of Bavaria, with a family tradition going back to 1902. Its cheeses are made in Waging am See and Bad Aibling, and the company works closely with its milk farmers, including mountain farmers. The range includes the blue cheeses Bavaria blu, Amoroso blu and Bonifaz edelblu, as well as Almzeit extra cremig, Der kleine Runde, hay milk cheese, Watzmann mountain cheese, Lottes Liebling and Basils Bianco. Bergader also sponsors biathlon events in Bavaria. Its content is available in German, English and Italian.
