Description
BakePlus is a South Korean supplier of baking and pastry ingredients, founded in 1994 and part of the French dairy group Savencia since 2018. Based in Hanam, Gyeonggi Province, it imports ingredients from France and other countries, including chocolate, dairy products, fruit preparations, nut products, flours and mixes, glazes, decorations and beverage bases, from brands such as Valrhona, Lescure, Andros, Grands Moulins de Paris, Délifrance, Sosa and Bonne Maman. It supplies bakeries and pastry businesses, runs an online store, and holds seminars and R&D activities with chefs through its BakePlus Le Lab.
