Description

Baja Brewing Company is a craft brewery founded on 5 December 2007 in the historic downtown of San José del Cabo, which became the first brewery in the Mexican state of Baja California Sur. It was co-founded by Jordan and his father Charlie with their college friend Rob, all from Colorado. The company brews artisan ales and lagers using barley, purified water, hops and yeast, with a Mexican twist. It brews at two sites, San José del Cabo and Tijuana, runs two brewpubs with a Mexican-inspired menu, and distributes in Mexico and the United States. It also runs a sanctuary for Mexican donkeys.
