Bahçıvan Peynir is a Turkish dairy company whose factory in Lüleburgaz, Kırklareli, began operating in 1992 on a site with 44,000 square metres of open and 20,000 square metres of closed space. It makes cheese, butter and industrial dairy products, with cheese families that include white cheese, strained cheese, kashar, toast cheese, mozzarella, spreadable, gourmet, regional and lactose-free cheeses. It also supplies bulk products for catering and has its own R&D centre. The factory holds BRC, halal and global food safety certificates and an export permit for European Union countries, and it was among the first brands in Turkey to receive ISO 50001.
