Atlantika International SIA is a Latvian food manufacturer making frozen and chilled surimi products and hummus. Its surimi range includes sticks, sushi sticks, salmon sticks, chunks, bites and noodles, and its hummus comes in flavours such as classic, spicy, tomato, greens, tuna and cold smoked salmon. It has also launched a vegan line with cold-smoked vegan salmon fillet and slices and black and red vegan caviar. The surimi factory was founded outside Riga in 2003, and the company holds BRC Global Standard for Food Safety certification.
