Artisan Vinegar Company makes malt, fruit and honey vinegars, brewed, aged and bottled at the Old Nuclear Bunker in Coverack, Cornwall. Its range includes Artisan Malt Vinegar and fruit vinegars made from blackberry, cider, damson and sloe, honey, raspberry and strawberry. The fruit vinegars are made from whole fruit and sold live, raw and unpasteurised, matured in barrels. The company has also launched shrubs, and it won four awards at the 2025 Great Taste Awards, including three-star awards for its malt vinegar and its Raspberry Shrub.
